About the Team - PRIME

PRIME provides an enablement service for up to six weeks, for which there is no charge and operates between the hours of 7:00 and 23:00 hours, 365 days per year.

The aim of the service is to provide intensive, short-term support to enable people with physical or mental health needs to enable them to lead a fulfilling life, by learning or re-learning skills for independent daily living.
