Business Support and Improvement

The Business Support and Improvement Team works across Adult Social Care, supporting the whole service in a number of different areas.

The Business Support team work closely with teams to provide efficient and effective administrative support such as coordinating meetings, taking notes, inputting data into our Adult Social Care management system as well as monitoring key areas such as Health & Safety, Business Continuity Plans, Audits, and Risk Registers.

The Business Improvement Team focus on driving forward a wide variety of projects across the service, many of which are transformational and seek to improve the service for our workforce and clients, as well as strive for excellence in all areas.
